Event Summary

Building decarbonization from an owner's perspective involves navigating challenges such as upfront costs, regulatory compliance, and market demands, while also seizing opportunities such as increased property value, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Owners must balance financial considerations with environmental responsibility to achieve both short-term gains and long-term benefits for their properties and the planet.
